AV blockade – Sarcoidosis

We presented a 36 year old male with dizziness and lightheadedness for 2 days. He did faint at work prior to presentation. He has had progressive DOE for 2 years attributed to RAD and he reports this has been getting worse. Prior to presentation he was able to run 2 miles and now cannot walk due to DOE. He does report an ache on the left side of his chest that is improved with ibuprofen. He has had weight loss of 40lbs over 6 months but reports this is intentional. His EKG reveals Mobitz II block. After extensive work up he was diagnosed with sarcoidosis.
