Justin Smock, MD

University of Iowa (2007)

Justin earned his bachelor’s degree in biology in 2003 while attending Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. He then returned to his home state to attend medical school at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree in 2007. Justin then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa in 2010. Following his chief resident year, he plans to pursue a career as a hospitalist.

Justin and his wife, Deanna, have two sons who keep them very busy. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, golfing, hunting, gardening, Iowa Hawkeye athletics, and making fun of Caroline when the Packers lose football games.
